We make everything by hand in small batches, using as many organic (IFOAM) & local ingredients as possible. All of our products are free of artificial preservatives, colourings & flavours.

เพียงแค่แยมขวดเล็กๆขวดหนึ่งทำให้เราคิดว่า ทำไมเราจะต้องเดินไปที่ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเพื่อที่จะซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ถูกผลิตขึ้นจากที่ไกลๆ

A little spoonful of excellent jam on your bread can really get you thinking. It’s a shame to walk into a supermarket or a restaurant and only be able to buy food that was made 1000s of miles away.

This is especially true when outside the trees and fields of Chiang Mai Province are laden with some of the most delicious fruit and vegetables in the world.  We pride ourselves in making high-quality products with a Thai twist.

As of yet, none of our products are certified organic, but most of the ingredients that we use are - you can find out exactly where our ingredients come from here. By 2018 we aim to have over 50% of our range certified organic.

We are also committed to our community. Our production staff comes to through the excellent BEAM Education Foundation - who provide vocational training to Burmese migrants.   We hope to expand the social business aspect of Little Spoon as we grow.  We'll keep you posted!

ในเมื่อสวนหลังบ้านของพวกเราในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นหนึ่งในแหล่งผลิตวัตถุดิบผักและผลไม้ที่ทรงคุณค่าและอร่อยที่สุดในโลก เราภูมิใจในการผลิตสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพสูงด้วยวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นออกสู่ตลาดโดยผสมผสานกลิ่นอายของความเป็นไทยลงไปในทุกๆขวด

วัตถุดิบที่เราคัดสรรมานั้นล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นวัตถุดิบจากท้องถิ่น และเป็นวัตถุดิบออร์แกนิกเกือบทั้งหมด โดยนี่คือแหล่งวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดของเรา เรามีความตั้งใจที่จะทำให้สินค้าของเราได้รับรองว่าเป็นสินค้าออร์แกนิกมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งภายในปี 2560

 ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นเรายังเห็นถึงคุณค่าของการสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจภายในท้องถิ่น  สตาฟของเราจึงมาจาก มูลนิธิ  BEAM Education Foundation ซึ่งเป็นมูลนิธิที่ให้การศึกษากับผู้อพยพชาวพม่าและชนกลุ่มน้อยในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่อีกด้วย
